Biomyths explores the construction of personal mythology through drawing, sculpture, installation and staged self-representation. Drawing on Roland Barthes’ understanding of myth as a system of communication, the project brings together autobiographical elements, art-historical references and popular imagery to examine how identities and narratives are constructed, transformed and reproduced. The artist’s book extends the original exhibition into a visual narrative, operating both as documentation and as an autonomous part of the work.
